R E L A X: 2 Ways to Manage Stress
As I try to power through the next two weeks of final paper writing, I find it is very easy to get ahead of myself and let the stress overwhelm me. As per this article relieving stress is as simple as using your mind to fight negative feelings, simply using gratitude. Our minds can be a strong force, and this seems like a very helpful way to use it.
The second stress reliever that I find super effective, especially during final time is getting a good work out in. When schedules get really busy it is easy to take the time allotted for exercise out to maximize time for studying/working but I always say SOMETHING is better than NOTHING. Even if it’s just a 20-30 minute run, walk or weight routine it truly will make a difference. You can cut your tension, get back to the library/study center/office and refocus your energy.
