About Us

Uccia is a latin suffix commonly added to the end of Italian words to form adjectives or nouns, signifying ‘little’.  Since the time we were babies, my sister ‘Kati’uccia’ and I were referred to as so by our mother, grandmother, older brother (Marcuccio!), etc. and quickly this term of endearment caught on with extended family and close friends.  From us to you, Uccia Loves shares the things that bring us joy and happiness.

After ten years apart, separated by university, travels and living abroad, Jess and I are reunited in New York where we bond over aspects of our daily lives.  Initially these finds were exchanged over email when it occurred to us that we could archive our collection of inspirations- from cultural interests, inspiring individuals, travels & current events (diversity), the foods we eat, restaurants we frequent & recipes we’ve collected (table), beautiful sites, captivating images & indulgences (pleasures) to all items inspiring mind body & soul (grace).  From us to you, sharing the love we cultivate.
